- Zip

Description
This new Windows application is a useful tool to formally test high school physics students, and measure how well they solve physics problems in Beginning Kinematics. In addition, it is a test generator that help students become more efficient problem solvers. The students can practice 210 original and carefully selected problems in 9 topics. The following is the list of topics covered, and the number of problems in each area:
Vectors [ 22 problems ]
Uniform Motion in a Straight Line [ 10 ]
Units [ 8 ]
Uniformly Accelerated Motion [ 38 ]
Acceleration Due to Gravity [ 52 ]
Galileo's Law of Falling Bodies [ 30 ]
Average Velocity [ 14 ]
Kinematics Graphics [ 12 ]
Projectile Motion [ 24 ]
The students can take an unlimited number of tests in one or more topics, and the maximum number of questions to answer in one test is 100. The questions are multiple choice, and the choices are constantly scrambled. In this way, the correct answer to the same problem may be a different choice in different exams. After the students answers all the questions requested in a test, the computer will save automatically in text format a detailed report of the student’s performance. A data bank with all the problems in pdf format is provided in order to know the specific location of every problem.
It takes just a few minutes to learn to use this Test Generator. Simply place the Zip file in any folder or subfolder you want. Right click the mouse and select Extract all the files. The subfolder Beginning Kinematics SQ1 is created. From inside the subfolder, just select the file Start Test Generator, and the students are ready to begin practicing. It is that simple. If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them as soon as possible. Again, this program is for computers using Windows 10 or newer.
