Product Description

This resource will allow you to assess how well your beginning orchestra can name the notes on the music staff. The first line requests students to label the letter and fingering for notes on the D and the A string and then the second line expands into notes on the G string, E string for violin, and C string for viola and cello.

This resource includes a page for violin, viola, and cello. The exercise is a half sheet of paper so there are two per page. Copy and slice in half to distribute to students. There are lots of ways this resource can be used!
