What a FUN way for your littlest learners to practice letter formation, beginning sounds, visual discrimination and fine motor skills.
Just print and teach! On each sheet your students will first write the capital and lowercase letters. (The starting prompts for each letter are compatible with those used in Handwriting Without Tears.) Next, they will cut and color four animal puzzle pieces. Then they will match the pieces to form two animals, gluing them to the sheet just above their beginning letter sound. The puzzle pieces can then be lifted to reveal the capital and lowercase letters underneath.
