Are you teaching the earliest of readers their letters and sounds? What a fun way to practice listening for sounds. This newly updated product includes 10 spinner sets that have students comparing picture to picture (zebra and zipper) for the beginning sound and 6 more spinners that let your students determine whether the letter and sound go together (y, yarn). It also includes a recording sheet with a "yes" and "no" table where your students can record whether or not the 2 spins are a match or not.
Simply print the spinners on card stock and add a pencil and paperclip as the spinner. Copy the recording sheets and slice in half. They fit perfectly on mini clipboards. This activity is extremely low prep for you and your students will enjoy this! This has quickly become a new favorite in my intervention classroom. One final note, there are color and B&W versions of each spinner to meet your printing preferences.
