These beginning sounds play dough mats include pictures that begin with each sound of the alphabet and the word that matches it.
Children make snakes out of play dough and lay them on each first letter. In addition to strengthening beginning sound and fine motor skills, this activity will also help improve letter and word recognition. Using play dough is so exciting and your students will have tons of fun!
Just print, laminate, and cut each mat in half. Or, you can leave them intact, and put them in sheet protectors or dry erase sleeves. All mats come in color and black and white.
