Beginning Sounds Sort | Alphabet Activities, Letter Sound Recognition

Helping kids learn the relationship between letter names and letter sounds helps prepare kids for learning to read and write. These beginning sounds and alphabet activities are a very useful addition to PreK and Kindergarten literacy centers.

Literacy skills covered:
