This packet had 9 different activity packets to help your students with beginning sounds and letter practice!
-26 handwriting practice sheets and 26 letter writing sheets.
-(A-Z) Uppercase and Lowercase play dough tracing letter mats! These work great if laminated or covered with a sheet protector! Students can also use dry erase markers to trace the letters!
-Beginning sounds bingo cards! Great for small group, whole group, and center activities. Includes 14 different bingo boards (you can also print multiple copies of the same board if you want to make different groups!) I also included picture cards or alphabet cards to use to call the different sounds!
-48 beginning sound clip cards! I like to use laminate these and use clothes pins to clip them. You can also use counters, beads, or dry erase markers to cover up the letters!
-3 different write the room activities that are great for helping students identify letters and sounds by matching them with pictures.
1. Write the room- hang the letter/picture posters around the room for the students to search. I have included 5 different write the room boards with pictures on them so that when the students have found the picture, they will write the uppercase and lowercase letter that matches the picture.
2. Write the room letter matching- hang the different letter cards around the room and give each student a recording sheet. They will then go on a search around the room to find the letters, once they find them, they will trace the uppercase and lowercase letter on their recording sheet.
3. Write the room picture sound matching- This activity is a little more challenging and can be used for higher level students or after students have practiced the other two write the room activities. For this one, you hang the picture cards around the room and the students will have to identify the beginning sound/letter of the picture and write it down on their recording sheet.
-15 Beginning sound mats! They are great for small group and whole group activities. You can laminate these or use sheet protectors if you would like your students to use dry erase markers to write the beginning sound letters. You can also use magnetic letters, stamp letters, and much more!
-26 different clip houses (A-Z). You can laminate these and use them as a center activity for students to practice different sounds. They match the clips with the correct sounds! Students can also use dry erase markers to cross out the matching sound!
-Letter and matching sound cards! Cut the cards out and have the students sort and match them with the correct letter sound.
-The letter and sound sorting activity comes with black and white picture cards and color! You can use them as a center activity, whole group lesson, or in small groups. I like to cut out the pictures and put them into bags and have students sort them onto their sorting sheets. You can laminate these if you want them to be used over again or print, cut, and glue!
