Over the years, I’ve developed a system of binders that help keep my sanity in the library with the many different things I didn’t even realize that I needed to keep up with. I hope they help you too!

Binder Covers Included:

Lesson Plan Binder – To organize your yearly plans, 9 week plans, collaborative work, substitutes, & volunteers
Budget Binder – To organize the funds you have for all the different budget codes and to keep track of money that has been paid for lost books.
Computer Binder – To organize all the different computer programs you need to use (all the logins/passwords and directions that goes with them)
Bluebonnet Binder – To organize the Texas Bluebonnet Award book information so that students can participate in the program
Wish Lists Binder– To organize the books that students and faculty request
ILL Binder – To organize the books coming from other campuses as well as my personal books that I lend out
Reading Programs Binder– To organize the different reading programs for the students/school
Book Lists Binder– To organize the different book lists that can be used to purchase new books or help teachers with skill correlation
Book Fair Binder – To organize all the forms needed to manage the book fair.
Substitute Binder – To organize the information and instructions for a substitute or in case of an emergency.
End of the Year Binder - To organize what to do at the end of the year, inventory, and collecting all books.
I included front covers, back covers, and spine labels for each binder. I also included a blank back cover in case you wanted to put your own information in there. I also included blank forms for some of the binders that I use.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you locate any problems/mistakes!

Thanks again!
Sandy
