Product Description
Introducing my “Beginning of the Year Sight Word Books…Set #1.” These emergent readers were designed with the Pre-K, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten Student in mind. These readers will assist you as you work with your students to build book handling skills, knowledge, and vocabulary. This set allows students to practice rainbow writing the focus word on the cover and then to practice writing that word on every page of the book. This very basic reader will go along very well with your adopted text. These readers can be used for guided reading, to support ELD, or as an independent center after students have been introduced and are comfortable with the text. I have used these books for guided reading, familiar reading book boxes, and as take-home books.
Included in this set:
** 4 Sets of Black and white student book copies

Featured Sight Words:
--am
--are
--to
--for
