This is a fun activity for kids of all ages. This garage door activity requires some cutting and pasting and folding. This is a great way to get your students writing in the beginning of the year with fun and engaging prompts!

Included in the package:
-14 slides
-color and black and white clip art from Krista Walden and Graphics from the Pond
-students can choose up to 4 different layouts with graphics and 3 layouts that are blank
-cover sheet (must be glued or use double side tape to the clip art page)

When you print please choose the option "scale to fit paper".

** FOR ASSEMBLY: Students are to fold the paper using a hot dog fold along the dotted line. They need to cut each garage door along the other dotted lines that run vertically between the clip art. Do that for the cover page and the writing page (with the clip art) and glue/tape them together. It's very simple!

If you have any questions about the assembly process or anything else please email me at
