The timeline along the side is for students to place the battles in the order that they happened. Students can also color in the battles according to wins on either side.

Timeline Activity for American Revolution: This activity is great to summarize the major causes of the American Revolution. Students are given a word bank to aid in researching timeline.

The next page is something that can be put into an interactive notebook summarizing the intolerable acts. I have also had students cut out the timeline and the events and glue them into their interactive notebook.
