This is a hands-on emergent reader. Your students will have fun coloring, cutting and pasting to assemble this alphabet book. Your students will glue 4 letters to each page. The letters will float around the page so that when they read, they will use one-to-one correspondence by reading the word first and then each letter on the page. You may choose to instruct your students to give the letter name rather than the sound. Whatever your focus, this is sure to work for those emerging readers.
Students would read something like this, " apple, /a/, /a/, /a/
There are 6 words in each reader plus cover page and ending page.
