Easily communicate with parents and students about students' behaviors. Use these stickers to provide daily feedback for students' behavior. This can be used in conjunction with a clip chart or by themselves. My students are excited to earn their sticker at the end of each day.
In my classroom, I utilize the behavior stickers in conjunction with a clip chart ranging from blue to red. Students clip up to blue if they are working exceptionally well or are very kind to each other. Most students stay on green the entire day. Occassionally, students are asked to clip down to yellow after they have had a warning and chosen not to correct a behavior. If a student breaks multiple rules or has additional warnings for the same behavior, they clip down to red and a note is sent home to parents. The stickers are used at the end of the day and let parents know how students ended their day. If students are moved to yellow, but are able to correct their behavior, they are moved back up green. They would earn a green sticker at the end of the day.
I place the sticker on each day of the month on a monthly calendar. Students are excited to earn a sticker each day.
This could easily be adapted to fit your expectations for your classroom.
