At some point in the year you have a student that needs a little extra motivation!
There are 2 charts - One for stamps and one for stickers – whichever you prefer to use.
I print multiple copies and put them on a clipboard, but you could also use a file folder.
The last two spots you can type or write your own categories in – for example: if they are having behavior problems at recess, in the lunchroom, working with another teacher out of the classroom, specials, etc. The one on one time can be used for when the student is working one on one with a teacher or during the time they work with a partner.
This can be sent home at the end of the week to keep parents informed on the students progress. If the student doesn’t receive a sticker in one of the boxes, you can write a note in that spot that explains why they missed it during that activity.
At the end of the week they can receive a prize if they meet their goals (receiving 5 out of 6 stamps for 3 or 4 of the days – your choice)
I hope you find this useful! Enjoy!
