Special Education teachers often have to create behavior charts for their students. This one is focuses on three target behaviors and is easy to use. It is also editable!
The three behavior goals that I have listed are safe, task completion, and quiet which is for one of my students. You can change the three target behaviors using the editable PowerPoint file. You can also fill in the times as needed.
There are two versions of this behavior chart. One has the day split into 12 sections for the points totaling to 36. The other has the day split into 10 sections for the points totaling to 30. You can set a target goal of your choice to fit the needs of your students.
