Product Description
This is a behavior chart I used for a student with Autism that needed frequent, short breaks. It took a few adjustments but this is the chart we used for most of the year, with the best results. The goal is to make the chunks of time longer before giving a reward.

You may edit this as needed because your time periods and break choices will be different.
