Editable! This example behavior chart is a point chart and is designed for one week. At the top is a description of the behavior and how many points the student can earn for each segment. This helps remind teachers exactly what behavior they are assessing and how to gauge the number of points earned. All the teachers have to do is circle the number of points for each segment. At the end of the day, the teacher who "Checks Out" with the student will count up the points. Each week, the student can choose what he/she wants to work for. My daily rewards are candy, piece of gum, small toy, and DOJO points. My daily rewards include large toy, ice cream, and 5 pieces of gum.
