This bar chart can be used by the teacher to track a student's level of independent work completion each day of the week. It can also be completed by the student to promote self-awareness of work productivity and level of independence during work time.
For every independent work task assigned, the student or teacher marks one box with either an X (indicating that the task was not completed), an O (to indicate the task was completed with assistance or refocusing prompts), or a check-mark (to indicate that the task was completed independently). Boxes should be marked starting from the bottom, then going up.
To calculate the percentage of work tasks completed independently each day, divide the total number of check-marks by the total number of boxes with any mark, and then multiply by 100.
