These are behavior charts that I made for a few of my kiddos. These charts are nice because it provides a very visual way for students to monitor how they are behaving throughout the day. In my class it doesn't matter the number of checks on either side, just that the on-task or appropriate talking "wins." After a while, students can begin to monitor and fill out their cards independently- my students have a signal I give them when I am seeing excellent behavior.
One is for identifying On-Task/ Off-Task behavior. The other is for students who are a little too chatty.
You can print them out each day OR laminate them to use over and over with a dry erase marker.
