Establish a behavior management routine with these daily behavior charts. These charts can be used alone or with an existing behavior plan. Simply mark the day's calendar square with a smiley, sticker, or clip chart color for a good day. For a bad day, write the number of the infraction and provide a brief explanation in the notes section. Then send the chart home and have parents initial each day in the provided space.
Behavior charts can be helpful documentation. Save each chart as the year progresses and include in data notebooks or reference during parent teacher conferences.
