We all have had the students that we are working on self monitoring behaviors. This is an editable document!
It has eight periods for the day and focuses on the three areas that the student is focusing behavior on. I start by having my students set a goal for the day.They start with 10 points for the day and as their day goes on they can keep/ lose their points. At the end of the day they check back in with me. We subtract the points from ten. If it was a hard day this is the area we focus on the next day.
