This is a monster themed behavior chart that I use in my classroom. This chart has 5 levels: Outstanding Choices, Ready to Learn, Think About It: Warning, Teacher's Choice, and Parent Contact. I use clothes pins with student names on them to keep track of student behavior during the day. Each student starts out on "Ready to Learn." If you see a student that has outstanding behavior, you can move them to "Outstanding Choices." The categories are pretty self explanatory. The "Teacher's Choice" option allows you to chose your own punishment for each child. The monsters are color coded, too. Blue and green (cool colors) are for good behavior and the warm colored monsters are to show unsatisfactory behavior.
