I have used a behavior management clip chart for the past few years, while teaching 2nd grade. This is a way to help students, parents, and teachers keep track of behavior and choices in the classroom. I use this clip chart to report to my parents on Class Dojo. At the end of each day, students report to me what color they were on for the day and then I record it on my app, for myself and parents.
Each day, place each child’s clip on the large, green, Ready to Learn section. Have students move their clips either up or down during the day, depending on their behavior. This is a great system because it rewards students for making good choices!
The following signs are available:
-Ready to Learn
-Slow Down and Think
