This is a classroom management tool. It is most beneficial to introduce and establish at the beginning of the school year and/or when a new student enrolls. It follows the guidelines of CHAMPS, the rules are clear and concise. It is also a great tool for early intervention and Response to Intervention (RtI) with those challenging students.
