This point sheet / behavior contract is designed to allow both the student and teacher(s) to choose a goal and determine the rubric for that goal. This is very useful in helping older students gauge their own behavior. Each day during specified time periods, the student rates his/herself based on the rubric he/she created, and the teacher rates the student. They can compare their ratings and note any differences in the comments section. This helps students who are often too forgiving of or too harsh on themselves see their behavior from the perspective of others.
