I designed these behavior cool down cards to help students self regulate their behaviors in all settings. Students determine what "color zone" they are in based on the emotions they are experiencing. They also then refer to the cards to determine their options when in each zone. Students can use manipulative such as stress balls or stuffed animals, color, draw, take a walk, get a drink, read silently for a moment, sit in the cool down corner with timer and more. Teachers can edit for their preference, I displayed these cards on each students desk.
