I made this behavior intervention chart for one of my second grade students who has a difficult time raising his hand, sitting on his bottom, and not shouting out. After printing out the chart, write your student's name who needs the intervention on the blank line. It needs to be laminated so that you can write on it and reuse it every day. I use a dry erase marker and circle whether he earned a smiley face or a sad face. This behavior intervention provides a visual reminder to the student on the behaviors he/she needs to be working on.
