The behavior log is based on a color system that begins at Perfect Purple, which is where all students should aim to be. The color system has five areas as opposed to the normal three because it gives students more chances and opportunities to turn their negative behaviors around. Students are responsible for filling out the log independently, but their teacher can disagree by circling the correct option.
The gray highlighted area is not calculated into student behavior, but gives parents a clearer picture of what their child has and has not been doing in class (hw/cw). It is beneficial to store these and use for parent-teacher conferences.
The green highlighted area is where the behaviors are calculated, hence the thermometer beside it. And the yellow highlighted area is where teacher and parent signature go, as well as their exact color for the day.
At the end is the Reflection, where students figure out where they went wrong and what they can do differently.
