This packet includes everything you need to start rewarding students positive behavior on a whole group and an individual level. There is also an option to use with students who have more trouble following the rules and need and individual behavior incentive.
The class works towards a hole group goal throughout the day and receives a button if they reach it. If you use Whole Brain Teaching, this could be that the class has more tallies than the teacher. If you use Classroom Dojo like we do, this could be that the class had 90% or better points average for the day. Once the whole group earns 50 buttons, you can have a class party!
Another part of this behavior management system is a focus on individual behavior. Students can earn leader sticks if they reach an individual goal for the day. They can then trade these in for rewards or golden tickets. Rewards coupons are included. Each coupon has a value. I find this a simple enough way to run a classroom economy that my first grade students are able to understand it without any problems.
Punch or sticker cards are a great way to motivate students with sever behavior problems.
Bonus: Warm Fuzzies
I included a label for a warm fuzzies jar in case you would like to add this to your bag of behavior tricks! There are so many fun things to use for this purpose!
There is more information on each part of this packet in the document!! I hope that it works well for you! :)
