This behavior management pack includes three different reflection sheets that students can use when they go to a thinking seat or timeout. These are in three different levels to help with differentiating the activity.
The pack also contains a sheet that students can do each morning and each afternoon. In the morning, the students write a behavior goal that they have for the day. In the afternoon, they evaluate whether or not they achieved their goal and also write one thing they did well on (glow) and one thing they need to work on for the day (grow.) It has a section for parents to write comments and a section for parents to sign.
This packet also includes incentive cards that could be turned into fridge magnets or buttons that kids can earn when they are helpful, respectful, responsible, or persistent.
