This is my absolute favorite method of behavior management in my self-contained classroom. Essentially, for every task that I require my students to complete, they get to choose a reward for completion. To be more specific with the use of this product, we do 4 station rotations throughout the school day and each student has their own Schedule Card to monitor their progress. They get a penny for every station that is completed and at the end of the day, they get their big reward (usually free computer or iPad time, but the student selects the choice). Within each station, I utilize the Station Cards (I just edited the cards provided here) to allow them to monitor their progress within a station. They complete the three or four smaller tasks within a station to earn their station reward, which is usually a smaller chosen reward such as a favorite book or YouTube song.
