K-2 Behavior plan that focuses on positive behavior that allows for the student to choose tangible or intrinsic rewards when a specific goal is met. I always start the plan with the student having to achieve a reasonable goal (usually 50% of the daily points possible). Once the student has reached 10 consecutive days of that goal I move it up 5% until the student reaches 85% and no longer needs a plan. I use the Behavior Data tracking form to visually see student growth. If you wish to use this form, email me and I will share it with you through Google Docs.) This is a great way to track data for students who may need to go through the Behavior Intervention Process. It also really helps parents get on board with difficult student choices. I have never had a parent not like this.
