This sheet is used for a student who is unable to participate in regular education setting full time. This behavior sheet is to be used with students who are identified as tier 3 behavior and/or identified as having an emotional disability. It is set up as a reverse inclusion model, meaning the student starts the day in a contained environment and earns time in the regular education classroom based on earning points for desired behavior. The behaviors and time intervals can be changed to meet your needs. The color coding coincides with the Zones of Regulation Program.
