Use these behavior punch cards to help student monitor their own behavior throughout the week.
Give each student a punch card at the beginning of each week and have them write their name in the middle. Each time they are caught choosing an inappropriate behavior or breaking a classroom expectation, use a hole punch to put a punch on one of the "B"s on one of the ten parts of the card. Each time the student needs to use the restroom at a time other than whole group, punch one of the "R"s on their card. For any other instances, punch an "O" on their card.
At the end of the week, have students cut off each box that does not have a punch inside it. Have them put their name or initials on each cut out box and place in a drawing for a prize. You could also tell the class that anybody that has a full card gets a prize, or anybody with a certain number of unpunched cards receives something special.
This is a great way for students to monitor how they are doing throughout the week - a great classroom management tool!
