This is a collection of 6 punch cards with a crochet snowflake by Mary in the middle. This collection allows a student the opportunity to choose a photo of their choice. There are no words on these punch cards, in case you want to use them for something other than behavior. They are a wonderful way to mark when someone has taken their medication, gone to a therapy session, or for recording how many times they have been out of their seat.
Behavior Punch Cards have been around for years because they work so well. They are a quick and easy way for students to get positive reinforcement in an instant. This set includes 6 different punch card images. Each punch card image has its very own .jpeg which you can resize, and there is a sheet of 6 of the same punch card in .pdf form for your classroom printing ease.
Tips for using a punch card:
Punch cards can be used for overall behavior in your class for some, and for a specified set of behaviors for others. They can be the same cards and no one will ever know.
Use a single hole punch of an odd shape, so students are less likely to make their own punches.
For students with specific behavior issues, choose one behavior for a focus with their punch card. When they are successful with that behavior, you can add a new behavior and expect both, or change the card to be just for the new behavior of focus.
The cards can be used daily and sent home to communicate daily behavior without an end of the day note (write the date on the back in ink each morning), or you can just keep it at school until it builds until it is full and ready to go home.
Print on thin paper, so your hand does not tire from punching cards on a great behavior day.
