Teachers understand the necessity for documentation. We are aware that documented behavior over a period of time is a useful tool for parent conferences, report card comments, and creating a behavior plans. The “Weekly Behavior Record” is the perfect tool for documenting class behaviors. This document breaks negative behavior down into three categories; Responsible, Respectful, and Safe.
As a classroom teacher I’ve used this record to document and track negative behaviors. It has also been a useful tool when parents want clarification of their child’s behavior over an extended period of time.
