A bundle of four sheets to help students process negative situations such as not following teacher directions. This bundle includes the following:
Student Reflection Sheet: Step by step boxes for students to fill out with or without adult support. If writing is difficult students could draw pictures in each box and explain to an adult. The sheet has five boxes which include:
*When I did this...
*Next time, I will...
*Contract that next time the student will make better choices. Both the student and adult processing with the student sign the sheet.
Student Fix It Plan: Includes 6 tasks lines with check boxes next to each. The final step is to return to class. This plan is to help students go through the tasks they need to complete in order to right their wrong before returning to their regular schedule (for example: apologize, pick up room, complete math boxes, etc.).
Processing Summary: This form works as a pass for student to bring with them back to class. It helps communicate to the student's teacher why the student processed, how long they processed for, if a reflection sheet was completed, if an apology was written, the restorative solution for the student's negative behavior and any additional comments for the teacher.
