This behavior sheet includes time broken into small chunks that you can edit to fit your schedule. The 3 visual indicators are "green thumb", meaning great job, "Yellow thought bubble", meaning opportunity to think about choices and fix it, and "red thumbs down", meaning the student did not fix the behavior. The flip cards can be used non-verbally to cue the student at any point in their day. For this set, the red card means "work alone", which was set up for a student who was trying to get attention with his negative behavior and get out of work at the same time. The cards can be laminated and placed on a ring for easy access on a lanyard. The behavior indicators can be edited and changed based on your student's particular behavior targets. Included on the behavior sheet is a column for additional positive comments and a column to record behavior- could be duration or frequency, again, depending on your student.
