These behavior reflection sheets are an extra resource for students who may need a little more support and guidance in learning to follow school rules and classroom procedures. Great for setting both short term and long term behavior goals.
A picture is included to visually remind students, what the behavior may look like. Included are daily reflection sheets with pictures and schedules and also behavior charts or sticker sheets.
For the daily schedule reflection, students can check in or self reflect after each content area.
As students, become more successful, you can then transition them to a sticker chart. I have also included sticker charts for items that may not need a whole daily schedule, such as following playground rules. Additionally, you can use these if you have a students who only forgets to raise their hand on the carpet. For them, a simple sticker chart may be more effective and you can just use it during that 1 time a day and work for a weekly goal instead.
It is great to pair these with an incentive, for example, if you earn 5 smiley faces, you can have an extra 10 minutes of free choice time. As students become more successful, you can then up their goal to receive that incentive.
There are a couple of ”My Goal” pages. If necessary, you can write goals with students if they need more.
