It's that time of year where kids get a bit restless! I use this "Behavior Tracking Sheet" to track student behaviors to decipher which negative behavior occurs the most. This then can lead into a one-on-one conference with the student, their parents, or administration. It's a good way to show everyone what behavior is most common and create a goal for change. This is easiest to print off and tally by hand- if you have another teacher in your room for support feel free to have them do this too!
