This is a desk or floor plate reminder system. If a student is demonstrating a behavior you would like to see changed, you can use this as a visual reminder of a predetermined reward for good behavior, or a consequence for unwanted behavior.
Simply place a bingo chip or clip on the reminder plate. If a student demonstrates the undesired behavior, move the chip or clip from green to yellow etc.
This process of removing chips continues and the student moves to a time-out / reflection space, and if needed, a 1:1 discussion at a later time with the teacher and/or loss of privilege. You can decide what happens at each color change, or simply red means time out etc.
I have updated this product, to include a daily parental agenda tracking sheet system, and printable reward cards.
I developed this system over the years after reading 1-2-3 Magic, by Thomas W. Phelan. He offers a parent and teacher version of his book.
Over the years, I've found this system, when used consistently, significantly reduced any classroom behavior issues. The key, is consistency, follow through, and communication with parents.
Hope this can be of help to you.
