Tracking social/emotional/behavioral goals might be hard to do on a clipboard letter size paper as many data sheets out there. Having a card size and goals card that the staff can bring along with them is better to track goals in situations such as recess/lunch, so your staffs won't be a handful of stuff.
What is included?
4 boys and 4 girls cover to choose from. a preview sheet of 4 different types of data Frequency, Latency, Duration, and Interval. It includes instruction of what to include when tracking data.
How to use?
Editable files so you can type in goals on cards and students name on the cover.
Punch holes on cards and put them in a loose-leaf ring, then put them on a retractable ID Badge Reel with a clip, and attach it to pants/jeans or any bottomwears!
1. Type in goals
2. Print and Laminate cards
3. Put on a piece of masking tape on the area provided.
4. Write on a piece of masking tape when tracking goals.
5. Take it off and replace a new one when needed.
6.Put data into a progress monitoring chart/sheet at the end.
The cards' covers also provide a little space for velcro, so pens/markers can be attached to the cover.
