This is such a fun way to manage behavior for your little ones! Kids love puppies and this resource uses these delightful creatures to encourage positive behavior! There are 2 types of management systems included. One is an individual system and the other is a class system. The individual behavioral system is called DOGGONE GOOD BEHAVIOR and is based on the traditional red, green, and yellow traffic light system, but with a puppy twist! Dog commands are listed on green, yellow, and red bones. The command STAY is printed on a green bone. The command WAIT is printed on a yellow bone. The command SIT is written on a red bone. Students work individually to stay in the green bone area. If they need a behavior reminder, they are moved from yellow (wait) to red (sit). If they end on red, there are blank bone sheets included for students to draw a picture or write some words about why they ended on red. A sheet to record behavior at the end of the day is included.
The class management system is BEST IN SHOW. In this system, students work as a class to keep their dogs out of the doghouse! At the end of the day, they count how many dogs stayed out of the doghouse and are rewarded with that amount of dog treats in their reward jar. You decide how many dog treats must be earned before the class receives a treat such as an extra recess, a chance to wear sunglasses in the classroom, popcorn and a movie; whatever works the best for you!
Everything you need to incorporate these programs is included.
