Remember: It's not about "You're Good/You're Bad" it's about "Good Choices/Bad Choices" or "Good Behaviors/Bad Behaviors". We know children are never "bad" it's about choices. Just a friendly reminder! Happy Holidays! :)
1. Good Santa/Bad Santa pictures (p. 2 - 7) Print and laminate. Attach a ziploc /plastic bag to the picture. This will be used to collect the coal or presents when student exhibits those good behaviors or bad behaviors. Hang on the wall/board where you would normally hang a behavior chart. You can also use this to explain good behaviors and bad behaviors.
2. Lumps of coal (p. 8 - 12) Cut out and laminate. The blank lumps of coal can be used to add behaviors specific to your class. When inappropriate behaviors occur, you can add that to the Santa picture with the sack of coal (put the lump in the plastic bag).
3. Presents (p. 13 - 16) Cut out and laminate. The blank presents can be used to add behaviors specific to your class/student. When good behaviors occur, you can add that present to the Santa picture with the sack of presents.
These are suggestions. You can also use these in other creative ways.
