Are you struggling with challenging behaviours?
This editable behaviour chart is a great way to monitor students behaviour.
Before you begin, set some goals which you would like to focus on.
Edit the chart to include your lesson times. I have them in 50 minute sessions.
At the end of each session, have the student self assess their behaviour - with ten being an excellent session. This allows the student to take responsibility for their behaviour. After the child has assess their behaviour, the teacher records their score and provide the student with some verbal feedback.
If a child has a successful week, you may like to negotiate a reward, such as free time etc.
