Product Description
Spanish 2 (Avancemos 1 U4 L2)
Describing early civilizations and their activities, describing the layout of a modern city, asking for and giving directions, using verbs with i→y spelling changes in the preterite, preterite of –car, -gar, -zar verbs, other verbs with irregular preterite stems.

I purchased a cheap set of baseball bases from the Dollar Tree but you can easily use any found objects to setup your baseball diamond.

To play:
Divide the class into two teams.
Identify a location in the classroom for first, second, third base and home plate.
A batter from the visiting team comes up.
The batter is given a definition and he or she needs to give the corresponding word.
If the batter is wrong he is out. If he is right, he goes to the indicated base
(sencillo = single, doble = double, triple = triple, jonrón = home run).
The next batter comes up and attempts to move him over. A missed answer is an OUT (not a strike). After three outs, the other team is up.
A small prize is awarded to the winning team.
This could be done with any type of vocabulary or subject information.
