Use Bellwork to teach students about the importance of sleep and healthy eating while also teaching research, non-fiction reading, science, and math skills.
Each Bellwork Page is made to be 5-7 minutes long. Days 1-4 in a week will be learning and applying skills. Day 5 in the week will be review of those skills.
Students will do self-analysis of their own sleep environment, amount, and daily routine. Students will also learn how to make a balanced meal plan and understand food nutrition.
