Product Description
This is a single page biography of Belva Lockwood. She was the first woman to run for president. She was also a woman's-suffrage activist. Though she worked to get women the right to vote in the late 19th and early 20th century, she died 3 years before women got the right to vote. This is an excellent activity for Women's History Month.
