PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

After reading "The Autobiography" students will analyze Franklin's aphorisms from "Poor Richard's Almanac". They will then compare these aphorisms to “All I Ever Really Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten”. Students and teachers can discuss the relevance and current connection between the texts. As a culminating writing activity, students analyze the idea of moral perfection. Extension: students have to create their own aphorisms.
