If you need some guided questions to keep your students focused while watching the movie Beowulf, then this document is ready to go. This resource contains six questions to be answered by students after reading the epic poem Beowulf and while they are watching the movie Beowulf. The version of Beowulf referenced is the 2007 version directed by Robert Zemeckis. I have included questions for key points in the movie, and I have also included the various times at which the movie needs to be paused in order for students to answer the questions. This resource will allow students to compare and contrast the poem and the movie without becoming time-consuming or overwhelming. This could also be used as a starting point for a longer essay comparing the two versions of Beowulf.
